I know all the LCD LED TV technician many time face problem during checking the voltages of the Panel COF IC which is used in every single LCD LED panel. So today I am going to discuss about all type of COF IC voltages.
What is COF IC: -
COF IC is the main part of the all type of LCD LED panel because main board and panel getting connected through the COF ic and all the signals goes in to the panel with the help of COF IC. I will mostly focus on the How to download COF ic datasheet, Common voltages of the COF IC, if you can not get the COF ic datasheet then what you can do and how to make datasheet COF IC datasheet yourself.
How to get COF IC Datasheet:
I would like to tell all of you, you can't get the COF IC datasheet from the internet most time, so if you want to get COF IC datasheet immediately then you will contact with your friends or any other LCD LED TV technician or you can contact with YouTube who provide COF IC datasheet free of cost or you can buy COF IC datasheet from the YouTube who want to cell their experience and hardworking things for the few donations.
* COMMON VOLTAGES OF COF IC DATASHEET: So guys here I'm going to discuss about the main and common voltage of COF IC which is use in all LCD LED TV panels. So lets get started

i) VGH voltage (20v to 30v)
The VGH (Gate High) voltage in an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) panel is used to drive the gates of the liquid crystal cells.
It is typically generated by an internal boost circuit and can range from around 15V to 30V. (Slow motion picture fault comes if Voltages are not present on Side Cof)
To drive the VGH voltage, you'll usually need an external voltage supply or a driver circuit that generates the desired voltage level.
The specific voltage required will depend on the LCD panel and its operating requirements, so it's important to consult the panel's datasheet or technical specifications for the recommended VGH voltage range.
ii) VGL (-5v to -12v)
The VGL voltage, or gate-off voltage, refers to the voltage at the gate of the TFT (thin-film transistor) in an LCD (liquid crystal display) when it is turned off.
The specific VGL voltage values can vary depending on the specific LCD panel and its driving circuitry, but typically they range from -10V to -5V.
most common problem for the panel Vertical Bars appear if Voltages is missing check side Cof data pdf of the panel if this voltage not produce or not going to the panel side COF .
iii) DVDD (3.3v)
The term "DVDD 3.3V" typically refers to the power supply voltage for digital components on a circuit board.
It stands for "Digital Voltage, 3.3 Volts" and represents the voltage level at which digital signals and components on that board should operate.
It is important to provide stable and regulated 3.3V power to ensure proper functionality of digital circuits.
This voltage have many names like VDD, VLOGIC , So if this voltage is missing in the panel COF IC then main problem we get in the panel that is SLOW MOTION PICTURE.
iv) AVDD (12v to 20v)
The AVDD voltage for an LCD panel typically ranges from 15V to 18V.
However, the specific voltage requirement can vary depending on the LCD panel manufacturer and model.
It is always recommended to refer to the datasheet or technical specifications provided by the LCD panel manufacturer for the accurate AVDD voltage requirement.
similarly this voltage have more name like VDDA, If this voltage is not produce in the panel you see problem like panel is NO PICTURE or mute screen blank image problem.
v) CKV1, CKVB1, CKV2, CKV2
These are level shifter voltages these are signals track which are used for control the picture stability and image quality so if you get DOUBLE IMAGE problem in this kind of panel you need to test these tracks for short you need to isolate one by one or cut one by one these tracks also some times we need short killer method.
