Problem:  The unit will not turn ON.  All the three LEDs on the front panel are blinking.



When turning ON, the unit will go through three initialization cycles.  After that, all the three LEDs will blink.  



Three assemblies could cause the problem.


  • Lamp.

  • Ballast PCB.

  • DMD-PCB

  1. To determine if DMD-PCB is the problem, listen the color wheel
    noise, during star-up procedure.  This should be heard within 20 seconds
    after pressing the Power button.  The loudness of the color wheel
    starting up is greatly reduced in this chassis as compared to previous
    versions, so you have to listen it closely.  

  2. If the color wheel is not turning ON, this is caused by the DMD board.  

  3. If the color wheel is operating, then the problem will be with either the Lamp of Ballast.
